Honey Bear Candles being a family run business, had this passion for scented candles. Wanting to develop a candle wax that was all natural, but having a fragrance throw that would fill thru out our home. Yes, we read the books from the so called experts. And yes the candles would have a nice aroma , but still we weren't. satisfied. Taking matters in our own hands, for two years we tested many techniques on developing a scented candle that would not only have that powerful aroma while burning, but to have the powerful aroma when the lid was pulled off. We knew every candle company has their so called secrets toward the perfect scented candle. My favorite is the claim of being TRIPLE SCENTED. With much research on this claim, we put it to the test.Taking the time and expense we did many blind studies with friends and family comparing the triple scented VS temperature controlled added fragrance. We tripled, doubled, and even single the fragrance in our soy wax and this was our results. They all smelled the same.
Hands down 95% chose the candle when the maximum fragrance added the soy wax would hold, at the exact temperature.
IT DOESN’T MATTER HOW MUCH FRAGRANCE YOU PUT IN. IT’S HOW YOU PUT THE FRAGRANCE IN. AND TEMPERATURE WAS THE KEY TOWARD THE STRENGTH OF THE FRAGRANCE OF OUR CANDLE PRODUCTS.
Our family enjoys candles so much, we wanted to share our treasure of delightfully scented 100% soy candles with you. Our mission was to produce a 100% soy candle that would have an aroma that would continue throughout the life of the candle.
